Alyssa-Amor Gibbons, She is an architect in Barbados, that focuses on resilient designs and sustainability. She was influenced by her childhood and her upbringing. In experiencing hurricanes in Barbados she lives in a different country. She wants her buildings to help people after the storm passes, too. And build sanctuaries that reduce the uncertainty people feel during storms.
